The Design Shore provides digital advertising, growth, and marketing consulting services for businesses, including NBFCs and fintech lenders. We are a marketing agency, not a financial institution. Nothing on this site constitutes a loan offer, credit facility, or financial product. We do not underwrite, approve, or disburse loans on behalf of any client or visitor.

3. Audit requests and consultations

Submitting the audit request form does not create a client relationship or contractual obligation on either party. A free audit is provided at our discretion based on the information submitted and does not guarantee specific results, ad account approval, or campaign performance.

4. Performance disclaimers

Any figures referenced on this site (ad spend managed, CAC reduction, compliance record, etc.) reflect aggregated results from past client engagements and are provided for illustrative purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Actual outcomes depend on your product, market, budget, and platform policy conditions, which are outside our control.

5. Third-party platforms

Our services involve managing accounts on third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta, MMPs such as Trackier or Appsflyer). These platforms set and enforce their own advertising policies, including for financial services and lending products. We take reasonable steps to maintain compliance, but we cannot guarantee approval, continued access, or immunity from platform-level enforcement action, as final decisions rest with the platform.

6. Client obligations

Clients are responsible for ensuring their lending products, disclosures, and business practices comply with applicable RBI regulations and other Indian law. The Design Shore is not responsible for a client's regulatory compliance beyond the scope of the advertising services we provide.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Design Shore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services, including but not limited to loss of ad spend, loss of business, or platform account suspension.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
